1. Scope of application
These General Conditions are intended to regulate the E-commerce service of the TCO Online Store (www.tco.pt), owned by Teresa Cardoso Oliveira Lda, headquartered at Zona Industrial do Feital, nº14, 4700-152 Frossos Braga, with VAT no. 501625216.
2. Conditions of access
a) This store is exclusively for resellers and shop owners.
b) For the first order, the minimum number of pieces is 25 units.
c) It is not necessary to buy in lots or packs.
d) Shop owners must apply the prices shown on the labels of the products purchased from TCO, except during sale or promotion periods.
e) We reserve the right to refuse the opening or to close any account if there are doubts/confirmation that the customer does not have an active business or if their establishment does not meet our requirements.
g) All our photographs are copyrighted and may only be used for the purpose of selling our products.
3. Prices and payment
a) After the order is confirmed, payment must be made within 3 business days by bank transfer (Portugal or International) or Multibanco Reference (Portugal).
b) Proof of payment must be sent to revenda@tco.pt
c) Orders may be cancelled or changed before they are shipped.
d) If payment is not made within a maximum of 3 business days, the order will be cancelled, except in cases where something different has been agreed.
e) The prices indicated for each item do not include shipping costs or VAT. VAT is displayed in the shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.
f) We reserve the right to change the price of products on sale at any time and without prior notice.
4. Stock and reservations
After receiving your order, we will confirm each of the products to be delivered. If any products are out of stock, similar products will be suggested as replacements in the order. If you do not wish to receive similar products, we will refund the amount (in cases where the order has already been paid).
After the order is confirmed, you have 3 days to make the payment, otherwise you will lose the reservation of those items.
If an item is sold out, we may send a similar item with the same or higher price, in which case the customer must pay the difference.
If we do not have anything similar, the amount will be credited to the customer account.
5. Delivery and stock
Orders are usually shipped after the order has been confirmed and payment received.
- MAINLAND PORTUGAL
Orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday (business days) by CORREOS EXPRESS or GLS, within 1 to 2 business days from the shipping date.
- AZORES AND MADEIRA
Shipping by CORREOS EXPRESS or GLS – delivery takes between 7 and 14 business days after shipping.
- OTHER COUNTRIES
Orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday (business days) by the national postal services. You can expect to receive your order within 5 to 8 business days from the shipping date.
We reserve the right not to guarantee delivery on specific dates and emphasise that delivery times are always estimated and not guaranteed.
6. Shipping costs
Mainland Portugal: 7.50€
Other locations: Prices on request
7. Returns
All items are checked before shipping. However, if you detect any manufacturing defect that we did not identify, you may submit a complaint. In that case, it must be reported, without exception, on the same day you receive the order. The communication must be sent to revenda@tco.pt
We will send a new item without defect or we may choose to send another similar item with the same or higher value (the difference being paid by the customer).
Slight differences in the purchased item, such as quality, colour and shape, are not considered manufacturing defects, as long as they are commercially reasonable for the customer.
8. Sale of items, sale prices and use
The reseller/shop owner may sell any item presented through any channel.
9. Conclusion of the contract
An order placed by the customer is binding, resulting in a purchase and sale contract with legal effect.
By placing an order, the customer undertakes to honour the contract and make payment of the order.
10. Credit balances
Amounts in credit will not be refunded in cash. All credits are applied as a discount on a new order. When placing an order, the customer is aware of this and agrees with it.
Credits have no expiry date and may be used whenever the customer wishes.
12. Legal notice
These general conditions of sale apply exclusively to all deliveries, services and offers in our store.
